BENCH SUPPLY PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE WILBER (BENCH):

LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY 

Bench Supply provides the following Limited One-Year Warranty on the following Products:

the Wilber Bench, the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench, the Wilber Collapsible Table, the Wilber Receptacle, the Heritage Bench, the Luma Bench, the Wilber Folding Bench, and the Wilber Camouflage Bench (hereinafter referred to both individually and collectively as a “Product” or “Products”). 

This Limited Warranty provided on the products listed above shall last for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased from Bench Supply.

This Limited Warranty applies, where applicable, to the vinyl seating, the vinyl inserts, the powder coating, and the camouflage covering of a Product. Except as provided below, a Product’s vinyl seating or vinyl inserts will not peel, flake, rust, blister, corrode, or otherwise exhibit abnormal weathering. Except as provided below, a Product’s powder coating will not fade, peel, or rust. Except as provided below, a Product’s camouflage covering will not fade, peel, or rust.

This Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, vandalism, accidents, acts of nature, power washing, or exposure to abrasive cleaners, bleach, or other chemicals, including, but not limited to, bromine or chlorine. This Limited Warranty does not cover fading to red or orange vinyl seating or inserts caused by ultra-violet rays or water. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage of any kind to the Lexan protective covering of the Wilber-Force Advertising Bench.

If a Product does not conform to this Limited Warranty, Bench Supply will repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product. If Bench Supply is unable to repair the nonconforming aspect(s) of the Product, then Bench Supply will replace the Product. To obtain the applicable remedy (repair or replacement), you must follow the steps below:

Notify Bench Supply of the defect and its cause, if any, within one year of the date of purchase from Bench Supply. Notice shall be sufficient if it is given by mail, phone, or fax using the contact information below.

Return the defective Product to Bench Supply at your own expense. Bench Supply will return the repaired Product or replacement Product back to you at our expense. 

All implied warranties, including the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose are only effective for one (1) year from the date the Product is purchased from Bench Supply. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Bench Supply will neither pay nor take responsibility for incidental or consequential damages caused by defects in the Products. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. 

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from State to State.
